Ticket fraud happens because of anonymity. To prevent scalping and ensure fair access, FTM Tickets requires all users to verify their identity.

2. What We Collect

Contact Info: Email address (via Google/Microsoft Login).
Identity Proofs: For Venues and Artists, we collect social media links and business documentation to verify legitimacy.
Device Keys: We generate cryptographic keys on your device to secure your tickets.

3. The Blockchain & Your Privacy

While transactions are recorded on a private ledger for transparency, your personal information (name, email) is never stored on the blockchain. The ledger only sees anonymous IDs (e.g., User_XYZ bought Ticket_123).
